Steve Hamming is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years’ experience. He is currently practicing in Grand Rapids, Michigan specializing in clinical consulting, physical/sports coaching and collaborative divorce.
He holds a PsyD (Doctorate of Psychology) from George Fox University in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA), the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress (AAETS), and the American Group Psychological Association (AGPA).
Dr. Hamming has coached and trained both amateur and competitive athletes in numerous sports and is himself a renowned competitive athlete — many times honored as an All-American fast pitch softball player and a winner, to date, of two gold medals in United States Track and Field Masters division competition.
